Colleagues are required to attend the office for a minimum 40% of their working time on average over the course of a month. For full-time colleagues, this works out as 2 days a week on average, but your exact working pattern will depend on activities for each week and the requirements of your role.

Normal working hours fall anywhere between 8am and 5:30pm and there is a degree of flexibility regarding exact start and finish times each day.
