Conduct regulation
We support our members to meet their conduct regulatory obligations and provide good outcomes for their customers. This comes through regular engagement with a number of regulatory bodies to ensure our members’ views are heard, we are able to influence where possible, and to keep our members up to date with regulatory expectations.
Regulatory bodies we have relationships with include the FCA, FOS, ICO, FSCS and TPR. Technical assistance comes in the form of working groups, events, newsletters, roundtables, and individual meetings to guarantee that our members receive the most value possible from their membership with us.
