Our HR team will help you undertake further professional training to benefit your development and your career at the ABI.
As well as annual performance reviews, a range of learning and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance your professional skills and understanding of insurance and public policy issues. Although we have some courses offered on a regular basis, each person’s learning and development is specifically tailored to them. We also support professional qualifications where relevant to you and your role e.g. the CII Certificate in Insurance.
You’ll be encouraged to attend a range of in-house learning events to help you gain a better understanding of the ABI and what’s impacting our industry. You may even find yourself presenting one of these events, along with your team!
