Parental leave is available to all staff with one year's continuous service who have, or expect to have, parental responsibility for a child. You can take up to a total of 18 weeks unpaid Parental Leave for each child any time up until the date of the child's 18th birthday. You can take a maximum of 4 weeks parental leave per year in respect of any individual child.
